Do you workout?
Workout is truly the best way to stay in form and have a good body and health. Is anyone here into workouts and if so, how many times perk week you do workout?

I started like a week and half ago and I try to do my workout everyday. It's usually consistent of 100 push-ups, 50 slow crunches, 50 fast crunches, 30 sit-ups, 50 squats and some cardio. The exercises of course are split into series.
